At Inform Physiotherapy the health and well-being of our patients, staff & community are our number one priority, and we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
As a health care provider, we will continue to uphold our high hygiene and infection control standards, policies and procedures. With the evolving coronavirus situation, we have implemented a number of additional measures to help protect our patients and staff.
Our existing and additional measures include;
We request that if you are experiencing any cold/flu-like symptoms which may include fever, coughing, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath that you DO NOT attend the practice.
Please let reception know as soon as possible so that we can amend your booking. Late cancellation fees will be waived if you develop symptoms within the late cancellation period. We put it out there that this is a trust system, and not all cancellations are of “cold and flu” related.
It is important when keeping up to date with COVID-19 that we source our information from factual and reputable sources. The best way to do this is via the Department of Health’s website and their daily health alerts. https://www.health.gov.au/news/health-alerts/novel-coronavirus-2019-ncov-health-alert
We want you to know that you can continue to rely on us. So the next time we have the privilege of welcoming you into our practice, you can rest assured that our commitment to your health and wellbeing remains our highest priority.
