With 33 years in nursing, health promotion, and public health, Kate now uses her expertise to teach Pilates and help people move with less pain and more confidence.
Her medical background gives her deep knowledge of pathology, physiology, anatomy, and disease, plus practical experience caring for clients throughout all stages of illness and life. Combining this with her APPI Pilates certification, Kate designs personalised programs that aid recovery and build resilience. She takes a holistic and welcoming approach, ensuring clients feel supported.
Kate is a Mum of three adult children and enjoys walking with her friends, family and dog Buddy. Along with Pilates, Kate enjoys riding her bike through the local trails and has recently taken up Salsa dancing with her husband.
