Rachel graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2005. Since this time she has undertaken additional post graduate training in pelvic floor rehabilitation and is currently undertaking a PhD investigating how to use technology to help people stick to home exercise. Rachel is also a fully trained DMA Clinical Pilates instructor and dry needling practitioner.
Rachel has worked predominantly in private practice since graduating focusing on musculoskeletal and pelvic rehabilitation, developing a strong passion for working with clients with women’s and men’s health concerns including incontinence, vaginal prolapse and pelvic pain. She is most passionate about working with people to help them better understand their condition, supporting and empowering them to achieve their goals.
