Certified Clinical Pilates Practitioner;
PGrad Cert Pelvic Health and Continence Rehabilitation;
AFL Women's Team Head Physiotherapist.

In 2019, Bec graduated from her physiotherapy degree at Bond University in Gold Coast. Over the past six years, Bec has primarily worked within a private practice setting. A professional highlight was being the head physiotherapist of a local women’s AFL team in Melbourne.

Bec relocated to Alice Springs in 2021, initially working with a private practice where she enhanced her clinical Pilates skills. She then went on to work with Northern Territory Health in a community setting, where her role included providing physiotherapy services within Alice Springs and many surrounding remote communities. Concurrently, she ran her own private practice where she provided private physiotherapy consults within Alice Springs.

Bec has returned to her home in Melbourne at the end of 2024. Throughout her evolving career in health, she has been working and connecting with women in metropolitan, rural, and remote settings who are transitioning into motherhood and other life stages. Working with such a diverse population has inspired her to expand her skills in pelvic health physiotherapy.

Bec treats all musculoskeletal conditions, including neck pain, rib and back dysfunction, and all upper and lower limb conditions impacting people's mobility and functional skills. She has a special interest in sports-acquired injuries. Her treatments include hands-on therapy, dry needling, as well as tailored exercise programs to help you get back to your pre-injury level of fitness.

For the pre and postnatal population, Bec can help assess women postpartum, as well as help with incontinence and Diastasis of Recti Abdominis Muscle (DRAM). She also guides Pilates and clinical exercise classes in our beautiful studio in Fairfield.
