FAQ’s

Do I need a referral?
No you do not need a referral to see a physiotherapist. A medical referral from your GP is necessary if you are claiming treatment expenses through Workcover, TAC or Veterans Affairs.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes bookings are essential for all services.
How do I pay for services?

Payment is required at the time of service. Payment for Physiotherapy and Pilates services can be made by cash, Mastercard, Visa, or EFTPOS. We do provide Hicaps at our Fairfield office for immediate rebate of Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates services on your Private Health Insurance if you have Physiotherapy extras.

Payment can be made by cash, direct debit, or credit card details can be given to our receptionist. A receipt will be given that can be used to claim services with your Private Health Insurance is you have Physiotherapy extras.

Do you accept Workcover, TAC, Veterans Affairs and Extended Primary Care (EPC) patients?
Yes we do. Please be aware that payment is required on the day of consultation for Workcover and TAC patients until we have confirmation that your claim has been accepted. EPC patients are required to pay upfront and claim their rebate directly through Medicare.
Do I need to bring anything with me to my appointment?
Bring any referral letters, x-rays and/or scans that are relevant to your condition or injury with you.
What do I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Socks are required in the Pilates studio. Pilates socks can be purchased from reception.
How long does a treatment take?
Please allow 45 minutes for your initial Physiotherapy consultation and 60 mins for your initial Pelvic Health consultation and 30 minutes for any follow up visits. All Pilates sessions are 50 minutes. If you are a new patient please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill in our new patient information forms if you have not done so prior to the appointment.
Do Pilates and Group Exercise packs expire?

All of our pilates and group exercise packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6 month 10 packs are valid for 6 months.

12 month 20 packs are valid for 12 months

10 week 10 packs are valid for 10 weeks.

20 week 20 packs are valid for 20 week

Intro packs are valid for 6 weeks

Circuit group 10 packs are valid for 6 months

Is parking available?
Yes, street parking is available on Wingrove, Arthur and surrounding streets in Fairfield and in our Carlton location in Elgin, Canning and surrounding streets.
