After a discussion to understand you, your scar and your story. This release therapy involves a visual and breath assessment of the abdomen so that the treatment can be perfectly tailored to you and your needs.
Our abdomen is the center of our body, where we find stability and balance. This treatment uses a range of techniques and works in synchronicity with the breath, to work through adhesions, improve circulation, ease discomfort, return sensation, improve trunk mobility, support nervous system regulation and reconnect you to a part of your body that holds so much.

Scars need to be at least 6 weeks old, fully healed with no scabs or open wounds before commencing this work. There is no scar too old to be treated.
